Jeremy Piven – Actor Accused of Sexual Misconduct

Jeremy Piven is a renowned actor best known for his role as fast-talking Hollywood agent Ari Gold in the popular HBO series Entourage. His performance earned him multiple awards, including three Emmys. He also appeared in several critically acclaimed films, including Black Hawk Down, The Kingdom, Heat, PCU, Old School, Rock N Rolla, Serendipity and Smokin’ Aces.

The actor began his career on stage, attending the Piven Theatre Workshop in Evanston, Illinois, which was founded by his parents. He later attended the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford, Connecticut. In addition, he has trained at the Harand Theater Camp in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin and at Drake University.

After a lengthy hiatus, Piven returned to acting in the 2013 film Sweetwater. Then, in 2017, he was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, some of whom were underage when the incidents occurred. Piven denied all the allegations.

He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award and won a Satellite Award for his performance in the comedy series Entourage. He has also appeared in several movies and TV shows, including Black Hawk Down, Singles, Very Bad Things, The Larry Sanders Show, and Mr Selfridge.

Susan McCain Olson, one of the women who came forward with claims against Piven, says she’s disappointed that he continues to work in the industry. She feels that the systems in place, such as studios and production companies, should hold some level of accountability for their employees’ alleged behavior.
